Pricing
All prices listed on our website include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges. If VAT rates change between the time you place your order and dispatch, we’ll adjust the total unless you’ve already paid in full.
You’ll be charged when your order is dispatched. Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received. If payment is late, we reserve the right to charge interest at 2% per year above the Bank of England base rate.
Product Information
Unless otherwise stated, GT MOBILE COMPANY LIMITED is not the manufacturer of the products sold. We aim to keep all product descriptions, prices, and images accurate. However:
- Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings
- Packaging may differ from images
- Products may be updated to meet legal or technical requirements without affecting functionality
Delivery & Processing
Order Handling:
- Orders placed before 4 PM (Mon–Fri) are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends are processed the next working day
Delivery Options:
- Delivery costs and estimated times are displayed at checkout
- Delivery charges include VAT
- Please allow additional time during holidays or sale events
Delays & Non-Performance
If external factors (e.g., bad weather, courier delays) affect delivery, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. While we cannot compensate for delays, you can cancel your order and receive a refund for undelivered items.
If a major issue prevents us from fulfilling your order, we’ll cancel it and provide a full refund.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Unless we offered free returns, you will need to pay the return shipping cost.
Use a tracked delivery service and keep your proof of return. We refund only standard shipping charges, not premium or timed delivery services.
Refunds are issued:
- Within 14 days if your order hasn’t been dispatched
- Within 14 days of receiving the returned item or valid proof of return
We may reduce your refund if the product is returned used, damaged, or incomplete.

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and keep you updated throughout the process.
Warranty
All products are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects (excluding misuse, wear and tear). We will repair or replace defective items in accordance with the return process above.
Your Legal Rights (under the Consumer Rights Act 2015):
- 30 days: Full refund for faulty items
- 6 months: If repair or replacement fails, a refund will be provided
- 6 years: You may be entitled to a partial refund if a product fails prematurely
Product Use
Unless otherwise stated, products are intended for domestic or home-office use only.
Misuse or unauthorised modification may void your warranty and return rights.
Customs & International Shipping
If ordering from outside the UK:
- You are responsible for paying any import taxes or duties
- GT MOBILE COMPANY LIMITED has no control over these charges
- Customs policies vary by country – please check with your local authority
- Packages may be opened and inspected by customs officials
Ending Our Contract
We may cancel your order and seek compensation if you fail to cooperate with reasonable delivery attempts.
Liability
We are not liable for any losses that:
- Were not foreseeable at the time of purchase
- Result from events outside our control
- Occur due to misuse or failure to follow instructions
- Are related to business or commercial use
This does not limit our liability for fraud, negligence, or personal injury.
Children
We do not sell directly to children. Users under the age of 18 must use our site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Other Terms
- We may transfer our contract to another company, and will notify you if we do.
- No third party has rights under these terms.
- If any clause in this contract is found to be invalid, the rest will remain in effect.
